• Invoice: The payment term is 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is issued upon shipment of the goods and is sent either by email or together with the goods. • Immediately: Available in Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order.

Here you only need an online bank account with PIN/TAN functionality. If you choose the payment method Instant Transfer, you will be redirected to Instant Transfer after placing your order. A secure payment form from your online bank account will be provided to you. You can fill this out conveniently, and the payment will be transferred immediately. To pay via Paypal, you need a free account with Paypal. Paypal then offers you various payment options and also insures all orders up to 500 euros. Payment by credit card is also possible. Shipping is carried out safely and quickly with our shipping partner DHL. All orders are processed by us on weekdays within 24 hours and handed over to DHL as soon as payment is received. DHL then delivers the packages within 1-3 business days. Free shipping from 50 euros only applies to Germany.

To Germany

For each order, we charge a flat shipping fee of 4.50 euros for delivery within Germany. The delivery time for an order within Germany is 1-3 days. Free shipping for orders over 50 euros.

To Germany in a DHL Packstation

For delivery to Austria, we charge a flat rate of 12.99 euros. The delivery time to Austria is 2-5 days.

For delivery to Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus, we charge a flat rate of 13.99 euros. The delivery time to these countries is 5-21 days.

In Switzerland and Liechtenstein

For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, please contact https://www.konkrua.ch/ bestell. Shipping is done directly from Switzerland, free shipping for orders over 79 CHF. Delivery time is 1-3 days.

For orders over konkrua.com, a flat rate of 26.90 euros is charged for delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The delivery time is 5-7 days.
